Great stuff

Wow I really enjoyed this song. I especially liked the ending part with the tambourine. I couldn't quite make out the lyrics, but nice singing. I've been doing a little bit of songwriting myself. I'll make sure to check out the rest of the album soon

Great work bud

attemptedperfection responds:

Thanks for the review; glad to hear it, and good to see ya! I admit the vocals are a bit far back in the mix for this one in particular; they're a bit more prominent on the other songs on the album. I'll have to catch up on your latest music stuffs and see what you've been up to lately... any recommendations?

nasty

this is nasty. I don't even know

Good work :D

SmithCommaJohn responds:

Oh you know... ;)

Great stuff

I kind of like how it gradually builds up but not really at the same time. The slight glitches in the percussion was a real treat. Guitar tone was fabulous as well.

The pad was alright, but seems a bit overpowering. You said the old version had too much bass, this one seems like it has too much mids.

Great work overall.

broove responds:

Yes, I got lazy on both of them actually. However I have just lowered the bass on the first version, so it's not that bad now.
Anyway thank you for a great review

ooh I like this

really pretty melody and structure here. It kept me interested the entire song. It also threw some surprises at me too. I think this would sound nice with some guitar over it. Maybe I could do something.

I meant to do something over that other song you sent me but I was a bit out of ideas for it.

Also I suggest if you are to replace the rimshot, put a 808 snare with a bit of delay instead ;)

Tokolos responds:

Hey, thanks Devin!
Yea, add something if you want... I'd be glad if you did/

Great stuff

This is a really peaceful song I must say. The timbres are quite nice too. Smooth and eerie. Actually the chord progression gives off a bit of a mysterious sound. Nice stuff. You should make more tunes like this :)

SantaBro responds:

Thanks matey!

Sweet

This is very Aphex Twin-esque. I like the filter LFO over that bass sweep and that lead synth is a really nice example of synthesis. Percussion is simple and perfect.

I know this is a simple tune, but it seems like the bridge part is lacking a bit. Still works as is thought. Great work, now release an album of this shit for me to buy :)

VegetarianMeat responds:

I've been working on a concept album for a while ;)

half expecred...

this to be a cap'n jazz inspired song. Pretty cool little track. Very atonal. I like it ;)

nice

this is very soundtrack-esque. Great work :)

Lamplighter responds:

Thanks, I really appreciate it :D

what's the point

of having a ringtone of a phone vibrating, when your phone can already do that

Mrmilkcarton responds:
