Hello NG,

I created a custom song for the new experimental glitch music game dRive

Its a new type of experimental game. It mixes derivatives or some shit, with fast action game play and custom soundtrack. I lent a song with separate tracks for each track, or ship in the game. I recommend you check it out. Also soon I'll put up the whole song on my audio page.

Hello Newgrounds.

Lines

Finally I've finished a track. I swear I haven't finished a full song in ages (Actually finish, not just uploaded) I've been working on this song since about December, so over a month of work went into this. I really like how it came out

I started with a simple guitar progression and added more and more until I got what I have here. Genres I'd say are Ambient, IDM, Post-Rock, Drilln'Bass, Down-tempo, and so on.

So check it out and tell me what you think of it :)

New track [Euphoria]

Euphoria (5:04)
This is a slow moving ambient piece. Give it time before you judge, it develops a bit more later into the song. Note the reverse pad throughout the song (a cool LFO effect i made) Inspired by Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada, Mogwai, ect. and many people right here on NG (no SBB tho >8( )

I've come back from my absent with a unreleased some-what old ambient song. This was originally my entry for last months MAC07, but unfortunately due to computer problems, I lost the files, along with all my other music files, pictures, programs, and stuff. Thanks to Gorglore, I was lucky to get the mp3 file of this back, and I thought it would be nice to upload, since I can't do much with it now.

Give it a listen if you got the time.

Well I just put up 2 demos on my Myspace, which unfortunately I won't be able to continue due to computer problems. Fortunately they both sound pretty good as it is, so I wanted to share with the community.

I also like to announce that I probably will be working on new material for a small EP which will be completely sometimes next year... or once I get a new harddrive...

Just picked me up a new Acoustic guitar a few days ago. I got lucky on the day I bought it becuase It was tax free weekend and the Guitar Stor had a 10% off sale that day. So I got it for around $200. I've been meaning to get one for awhile and finally got some money saved up. So far I'm loving it :D

The brand is Art & Lutherie. Canadian brand ;)

After over a month of work I finally got this damn EP finished. This is a bit of a departure from my older EP, less ambient and more focused on intricate drumlines, but still holds many ambient like qualities to it, my own style I'd say ;)

Edit:

Good Download Space

Thanks to Joeynukes for the hosting, no more shitty MegaUpload

I just wanted to get some ideas down for ideas about future audio portal changes and fixes. (Mainly so I won't forget :P)

1. I think it would be a really good idea to have all the user's audio submission in a list right next to the visualizer. This list would be ordered by Date submitted, so people looking for more submissions from this artist won't have to sift through all there old and possibly worse music to find something they may like. Also when you click on one of the audio submissions it would open it up on that page right onto the visualizer.

2. Have the genres listed on the frontpage, not in a dropdown menu. It would allow more people to notice them and easier to access them.

3. Having artist and genre listed on the AP frontpage list

4.
Maybe some new genres ;)

Well, yeah thats just some idea I wanted to get down. Comment this post if you have anything to say or add.
