Album News + Video

Posted by SineRider - August 17th, 2009

Update:
I've decided I'm going to release my album "The Watching Channel" as a pay as you want over the service bandcamp. It is an 10 track album clocking in at 36:40. It is made up of material started over a year ago and been worked on and off (then sat on my harddrive for months) So I figured I shouldn't let it go to waste.

Also when you download the album you will get 5 bonus tracks you may or may not have heard, either way they will be high quality. :)

I'll post a link when I get the tracks up and make a post when it is released.

I made a video for my new song, check it out :)

Thumbs up mate, this is pretty cool! Visuals reminds me a bit of the video for Aphex Twin's "Dayvan Cowboy" for some reason, but it's still completely unique! Good job!

Thanks :). It might seem similar because it's just various stock footage I edited together. That's probably how the Boards of Canada (Not aphex twin ;)) video was made.

Whoops, I get confuzzled sometimes :P

Interesting... Did you take this footage? If so, where did you take it? I think it fit the song well, though there are many images I could think of that could also fit this song...

I didn't take the footage, although I wish i did. I took various 16mm stock footage of Mt. Everest and edited it and filtered it to go with the track a bit. Not exactly original, but it's mostly just to accentuate the song. I do agree that there are many things that could fit as a video to the song. Anyways, glad you liked it :)
